Das weisse Lied

weeping willows bloom
and life begins a new
and under the roof of branches
blooms silent sung an old song
Feathers dancing through the wind
fine traces in wet sand
a children divides the cold sea
where last autumn his father swam

The white song
sounds in the silence of this earth
a swan's child
sings what his father once told him
The white song
sounds in the silence of this earth
then they hush
all those who hear it the first time

LOVE IS THE HIGHEST GOOD
WITHOUT IT YOU WOULD BE DEAD FOR LONG

Memories cover the world
the wind hushes in awe
because under the roof of branches
the child sings the white song
but it dont sing alone anymore
in the sunshine ,
the wonder of love mirrors
a love the father cried about last autumn

The white song
sounds in the silence of this earth
a swan's child
sings what his father once told him
The white song
sounds in the silence of this earth
then they hush
all those who hear it the first time

LOVE IS THE HIGHEST GOOD
WITHOUT IT YOU WOULD BE DEAD FOR LONG
